Nutritive sweeteners are derived from starch based natural products such as cane, beet and wheat. They are used to enhance sweetness in a variety of products. We work with liquid glucose, fructose corn syrup, crystalline fructose, maltose and dextrose.
High intensity sweeteners are sweeter per gram than sugar, giving them their name. Unlike Nutritive Sweeteners they are artificially manufactured in laboratories and are most popular in the diet food market. We work with sodium saccharin, Aspartame, Ace-K, Sucralose and Xylitol.
