All our offices have health and wellbeing initiatives to support employees with balancing their lives and careers. We take a robust approach by focusing on the financial, mental, physical and social wellbeing in our employees.

Open communication

Our open door policy enables employees to learn from others no matter their seniority.

Moreover, the professional openness we foster is key to maintaining strong employee satisfaction as employees can comfortably give feedback and ideas for improving our work environment.

We host an annual Strategy Week where employees can share their ideas for business growth, and engage in Q&A with senior management.

Sports

All our offices have sports teams or challenges year-round: from tennis in Sao Paulo to football and netball in London.

Learning and development

We regularly hold training events with internal and external speakers and ensure that we support everyone to reach their full potential. Development opportunities are unique and tailored to the individual.

Charity engagements

We fundraise for our international charity partners and volunteer locally throughout the year. Our employees have a say in who we support and how. Our Charity Committee, made of volunteers,  coordinate many fundraising events.

We work with upReach, a UK social mobility charity, to create professional development opportunities for university students and graduates. An example of this work is the mentoring of upReach Associates by CZ employees.

Evening events

From happy hour to afternoon tea to wine tasting, we like trying new ways to get new joiners and different departments to engage.

Annual party

Our parties are lovely occasions to catch up with colleagues and meet new joiners outside of the work environment, with great food and entertainment.
