Ethanol

Ethanol is produced from sugarcane and as such classifies as a biofuel. Ethanol can power cars with up to 100% less harmful emissions, which at a time when we are working on solutions for a healthier planet is hugely advantageous.

Electricity

We rely on electricity for almost everything we do in modern society. Green energy sources are rapidly replacing fossil fuels, and in Brazil there is a growing market for electricity created as a by-product of sugar and ethanol. Using bagasse, which is created by cane crushing, electricity can be created in a way that promotes a circular economy.

Biomass

Biomass is a renewable energy source on the rise partly because the organic materials that it is derived from can be easily replaced. We procure biomass from a range of plants including cassava, sugar cane and wood pellets. Our experience in Southeast Asia and Brazil, two regions with rich supplies of biomass, put us in a strategic position to facilitate biomass trades.
