Dairy Case Study
New Digital Pricing Tool Delivers Benefits To Dairy Farmers
In March 2026, CZ expanded its digital capabilities into a new geography and commodity with the launch of its milk pricing tool in partnership with a New Zealand-based dairy processor. The initiative enables dairy farmers to secure a price for a portion of their milk solids production via the CZ App, and reinforces CZ’s commitment to improving price transparency, optionality and risk management for primary producers across global food and beverage supply chains. Farmers can view a live physical milk price, derived from international milk futures and adjusted for a transparent service fee, and fix prices in defined parcel sizes at times aligned with their budgeting and operational needs. This model, already proven with UK and EU beet farmers, enables producers to take a more proactive role in managing income volatility in a sector where prices are often set retrospectively.

CZ has real-time controls in place to support an effective, rigorous quality management system, including how we risk assess product quality, packaging suppliers, geography and legal requirements. We also provide additional verification and validation services.
