CZ Speak Up Channel

At CZ we believe that speaking up when something is not right helps protect our people, our business, and our stakeholders. That is why we provide a confidential way for anyone connected to our activities to raise concerns about suspected misconduct, unethical behaviour, or breaches of law or our standards.

This external reporting channel allows concerns to be raised safely and responsibly. All reports are handled confidentially, reviewed impartially, and treated with care and respect.

Anyone can report

Anyone can raise a concern. This includes former employees, suppliers, customers, contractors, business partners, and other third parties connected to CZ.

You do not need proof or certainty that wrongdoing has occurred. If you have a reasonable concern, whether you experienced it directly or witnessed it, we encourage you to speak up.

How to report

You can submit a report at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

1. Submit your report

Complete the secure form in this link.

You may choose to submit your report:

  • with your name, or
  • anonymously, where permitted by law

2. Provide details

Please include as much factual detail as possible, such as:

  • what happened,
  • when and where it occurred,
  • who was involved,
  • how you became aware of the issue.

You may also upload supporting information or evidence (for example, documents, emails, or the names of potential witnesses).

Reports based solely on general allegations may be difficult to investigate.

3. Case key

Once you submit your report, you will receive a unique case key.

Please download the PDF provided or securely save the case key, as it is the only way to access your case in the future.

The case key allows you to:

  • check the status of your report;
  • communicate securely with the person handling your case;
  • respond to requests for additional information; and
  • upload further evidence or documentation.

If you lose your case key, you will not be able to access your case or continue communicating with us through the platform.

You may also choose to provide an email address to receive notifications when there is an update to your case. These notifications are sent solely to alert you that new information is available. They do not contain any details of your report or any communication exchanged through the platform.

4. Ongoing communication

Where possible and appropriate, we will keep you informed about the progress of your report. If you have additional information to share after submitting your report, please use your case key to log in to the platform and upload the information directly to your case.

Next steps

Every report is taken seriously and handled through a structured, confidential process.

1. Acknowledgement

We will acknowledge receipt of your report within five working days on the platform. If you wish to see the acknowledgement, please use your case key to login. If further information is required to assess the concern, we may contact you via the platform to request clarification.

2. Review

Each report is reviewed to determine whether it falls within the scope of whistleblowing and whether it contains sufficient information to proceed. Where appropriate, a case will be opened.

3. Confidential investigation

Investigations are conducted discreetly and objectively. Access to information is limited to individuals who need to be involved. Investigations may include document reviews and confidential interviews.

4. Outcome and follow-up

Once the review or investigation is complete, we will determine whether corrective or remedial actions are required. Where legally permissible, we will inform you of the outcome.

Prohibition of Retaliation

CZ does not tolerate retaliation. Anyone who raises a concern in good faith is protected from retaliation.

This protection applies regardless of whether a concern is raised internally, through this website, or with an external authority where permitted by law. Concerns about retaliation can be reported through the same channel and will be taken seriously.
