Financial Advisor to Unialco on the sale to Glencore of its industrial and agricultural sugar and ethanol assets (other than land) located in Guararapes – Sao Paulo state. The assets were organized in an Isolated Producing Unit (UPI) that was sold to Glencore in a judicial public auction within Unialco Group’s judicial recovery process. Value: BRL 349 million

Financial advisor to Usina Santa Fé on the debt restructuring with its main creditors extending its financial liabilities for the full term of 7 years. Value: BRL 352 million

Financial advisor to ACP Bioenergia on the debt raising via issuance of certificate of agribusiness receivables due May 2026.

M&A

Financial Advisor to Australian Cane Farms Limited on the issuance of new shares totaling AU$ 10,000,000 in order to expand its portfolio of farms and become one of the largest independent cane farming businesses in Australia. A major regional sugar group acquired the new shares issued by ACF. Value: AU$ 10 million

Debt capital markets

Financial advisor to CMAA – Vale do Tijuco on the first CRA (Certificado de Recebíveis do Agronegócio) issuance having as collateral sugar export receivables. Value: RL 99 million

M&A

Financial Advisor to Vale do Paraná on the formation of a joint venture with Albioma for the development of a new energy cogeneration plant powered by sugarcane biomass, providing the expansion of the current installed capacity from 16MW to 48MW, allowing the exportation of 30MW to the grid. Value: BRL 100 million
