Our reputation for high levels of client service is critical to obtaining new and repeat business and, over the years, we have managed to build significant long-standing relationships.
Our organisational structure reflects the importance of our day-to-day business with our clients. On the physical trading side, five Trading Directors are responsible by geographical location and/or traded product. They ensure that excellent relationships are maintained with our key clients and that our client service ethos remains equally high across all other business areas, such as the provision of logistics, market analysis and execution services.
We are passionate about understanding our clients’ business requirements in order to offer the most appropriate service. For many of our clients, sugar is either a staple or a crucial component of their overall business, and we strive to ensure consistency of supply in recognition of this. Where possible, we provide complete transparency of the sugar’s origin, facilitating many of our clients’ own reporting requirements.
